Established in 1908 and family owned since the beginning, Friend Paper is one of America’s oldest stationery houses still running. Unlike many shops today, they specialize in traditional printing processes and cotton papers to produce stationery of inimitable character.
Despite a loyal base and uncommon offering, the diminished utility of stationery had attributed to decades of decline. The newest generation of Friends recently joined the company and sought to reinvent Friend Paper’s context in the modern world and illuminate the relevance of stationery today.
We worked together to craft and implement a new strategy, identity, touchpoints, and products. Our goal was to couple a century of craftsmanship and expertise with contemporary ideals to reposition Friend Paper as a coveted producer of premium paper goods.
